Lakemead House
The scope of work in this project consisted of taking what was a 1940s ranch style house and giving it a contemporary facelift. Japanese influence dominates the woodworking and landscaping of this Emerald Hills home. The stained wood exterior provides the home with a fresh contemporary feel.
The scope of work for this residence also included: a full kitchen renovation, japanese landscaping with a private vegetable garden, an attached in-law unit that comes with separate heating, seperate laundry, and it’s own private kitchen and bathroom.
This environmentally friendly residence also comes with solar panels, all LED lighting and an electric car garage stacked with an electric car charging station.
